Justin Cullifer
Co-Founder
Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. Graduate of Troy State University. Trained in expert facilitation. Expert in creative idea generation, rapid prototyping, analysis, large group meeting facilitation, and business case development. Career highlights I've led high-impact technology initiatives across the world’s most respected organizations. As a Product Implementation Consultant, I’ve protected the US and delivered international software. And ensured safe and secure tech for the most recognized financial and retail institutions. I've also designed and delivered web, mobile, and AI automation solutions for mission-critical environments: - U.S. Department of Homeland Security - The Coca-Cola Company - Jackson Healthcare - The Home Depot - Cox Automotive - Cool projects - Built a mobile app used in 2,000+ Home Depot stores to keep shelves stocked, operations running smoothly, and employees in the know Created AI-powered hiring systems that streamline job ads to onboarding, making high-volume recruitment smarter and less chaotic Developed post-9/11 security solutions to stop the bad guys from doing bad things – serious tech with real-world impact When I’m not propelling your tech I'm all about horsepower, houses, and horizons. You'll usually find me eyeing my next real estate renovation, restoring a classic car, or soaking up the sun. Bonus points for palm trees and ocean views. I have a soft spot for the arts. I proudly serve on the board of a Performing Arts Center. My goal is to make creativity accessible to everyone. And if there's a boat involved, I can captain it like a pro.

Raised in Lynchburg, Virginia. Graduate of Duke University. Unwavering focus on business case ROI. Career highlights Humble brag: mobile check deposits might still be a dream without me. My team helped deliver that innovation for the Federal Reserve System. Helping people pay medical bills? I've done that, too – from finding the right bill to making payments or accessing lending options to cover healthcare expenses. Ever used your credit card online and had a smooth, secure experience? I enhanced the tech that makes those transactions faster and safer. And if you're a growing business, there's a good chance you've interacted with platforms I've built. The ones that connect major corporations with small businesses to move money, goods, and services. I’ve also designed and developed web, mobile, and automation solutions for: - Aveanna Healthcare - iVita Financial - City of Atlanta - Nowcorp - Truist Cool projects Designed Check21 – the Federal Reserve Bank’s tech for snapping, sending, and depositing checks from your phone Created a powerful AI platform that took the hassle out of hiring – automating everything from job orders to postings Serving on the Board of Directors and the Audit and Technology Committees at BankSouth, diving into strategy, security, and all things innovation. When I’m not leading your tech Dog dad to Chica and Dolly – two pups with big personalities and an even bigger appetite for adventure. When I’m not exploring trails with them, you’ll find me flying small planes like the Cirrus SR-22 and Piper Dakota. I’m always chasing sunshine and good food, especially through the streets of Spain and Portugal. Back on the ground, I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, helping build homes that make a real difference.
